I placed a mail order with Genie Bra on July 26. I sent a check for the amount $113.84 along with a downloaded order form and a cover letter. The check was cashed on Aug 4 by Tristar Products Inc—parent company of genie bra—according to Bank of America fraud investigation unit. I called Genie Bra customer service multiple times in the last 2 wks, but each time I was told to call back in a wk or a few days. They simply could not find my order in their system. My request to speak to their supervisor was also denied. I am now stucked with no refund and no bra.
