I went into the metro pcs store to cancel my phone and whatnot but they convinced me that if i was unsatisfied with the phone to try one of their newer and more impressive Android phones. They convinced me to buy the best phone they have the Samsung Galaxy Indulge. I tried the phone for a few days and its an ok phone nothing spectacular and the main thing that makes me hate this phone is how fast the battery dies... Its HORRIBLE! I go to return it the phone is in mint condition as i even bought it a protective case and screen protector only to find out that i can't because supposedly if you talk with it for more than an hour you can't return it?!!??! This is coming from a company that advertises being "UNLIMITED"? And really just one hour!? Over seven days thats about an average of 8 minutes and 10 seconds per day? Does anybody really expect that out of a person who's purchasing a phone with unlimited minutes? That's completely unreasonable and on top of that I'm not returning the minutes or the service I'm returning the PHONE! I paid 60 dollars for the service and 300$ for the phone I want the money i paid for the PHONE back not the money for the service its two completely different things!
