Paid by Green Dot. Have not received product or return inquiry. When you contact them, there is a message saying your order is being processed. No response on voice mail or e-mail. Green dot is a legitimate company. Why would they co-operate with a scam. I am going to contact them to find out what there policy is about a refund.
