The Digital Hunte
Consumer Report

I originally ordered a Sony AX2000 listed for $2199 without any indication that it was a 'body only' deal the link is still there with no indication of body only http://www.thedigitalhunter.com/products.Asp? Dept_id=&product_id=2919). When they called to verify credit card details they tried to switch me to a camera that they claimed was much better, was valued at $4000 and was on special offer for $2,100 I looked at their website which still has it listed at that price: http://www.thedigitalhunter.com/products.Asp? Dept_id=10037&product_id=2788. I took the bait and they switched. Problem was the camera is MSRP with Sony at $1999 and at $1500 with other online sellers. I called back to inquire why theirs was so much more expensive than everyone else they told me that other models online are an older model and that this was Sony's new version. So I contacted Sony directly. Sony replied that I should 'Beware' and that this company is not a recognized authorized seller. I called and asked for my money to be returned and they said they would do it but with a 35% cancellation policy. Cutting a long, very poor customer service story short I ended up upgrading to the NX5U which had a promised delivery date of Aug 10th and tracking number supplied 3 days prior (this by the way was on July 17th), I waited until 3 days before and attempted to get a tracking number. "We'll send it to you shortly." I called with 2 days remaining same response, same result. With 1 day remaining same thing happened, no tracking number. I told them of my concern and they offered me a 100% refund to return to my bank account within 72 hours. It is now 1 week late and no refund has arrived. I called again today and they said that the refund was processed only today and that it has been expedited to be returned to my account but may take up to 30 days. I have no reason to believe their response as they have not yet delivered on one promise.
As this isn't a site about poor customer service I will not go into details of how rude they were, but here are the people I have dealt with.
Josh was the manager who promised to return my money and dealt with the upgrades.
Adam was the original seller who is their Sony expert with 30 years of dealing with Sony products. He was the one who mislead me initially to believe that the upgraded camera was $4000 when it's MSRP was $1999.
Tim was the person responsible for the emails promising tracking numbers that never arrived.
