Lean Spa refuses to refund my money on shipments I have sent back. They claim it wasn't within their 30 day time period. I to cancel my account. That didn't stop the shipments. I sent a letter to cancel the account, and today I just received notice that yet another shipment is on its way. When I called today, Kyle says he can give me an "RMA" number to use to get a refund but confirmed that I would have to pay the s/h to mail this unwanted product back. I started the cancellation process in June. It is now August 17.
