I placed an order from my home phone Sat. August 13th…found that the automated system errored while making my order.
Instead of ordering just the two cans at $19.95 plus 9.95 for shipping, it order 6 cans and charged a total of $149.61.
After calling the customer service department and spoke to a Supervisor named Angel, I was told there was nothing
she could do about this order. A return authorization was given 12621979.
I am very disappointed with their service and wish to cancel my order altogether now.
They refused to credit my account back the $149.61 and told them I did not wish for the product any longer. Again they said there was nothing they could do.
