I ordered a free sample and according to the website needed to call back and cancel within 15 days or they would charge and start an autoship program. I phoned on the 15th day (8/3) to cancel and they seemed to take my cancellation, gave me a cancellation number and everything. Two days later I notice a charge to my account and when I phoned to inform them of their error, they acknowledged that I had indeed canceled, but now claim that day one is the day of the order so I was late in cancelling. Clearly on the order site it says 15 days from date of order. Well, 15 days is 15 days, not 14. I am fighting them on this, and maybe this will help??
