I signed up for bids for $99.00 and won 5 items. Received 3 of the 5 but the other two have not been received. I asked for either the merchandise or a refund of the $99 plus the cost of the items but they refuse to help. They offered 100 bids which I cannot imagine using considering that I never received the merchandise.
