A1 Vacation Sale, Guaranteed Sale. Close to be June 18. Then July 18. Brian Williams promised to call July28. Still waiting. Took $999 on March 8. Gave money with no intent to list. Chris Yates said we had guaranteed

On or about March 7 received phone call from Chris Yates stating he had a buyer for my Summer Bay resort timeshare. I told him I did not want to list because we lost money before. Once again he assured me this is a "guaranteed sale." He asked for $999 for processing. We would receive $23,000 June 18;then July 18. Finally, got a "supervisor Brian Williams, " who assured me the sale is imminent and promised to call July 28. To this day no documentation or phone call. It is quite difficult to talk to a live person.
