I am not sure of the date that I purchased the State Quarters. But I purchased 2 sets of suppossedly 24 Karat Gold Quarter Collection (1999) and 1 set of 24-karat gold -layered 2003 State Quarters from both the Denver and Philadelphia Mints. I have had several collectors appraise them and they just laugh at me... How could HSN have sold them to me, lying, as I wanted to give them to my grandchildren??? They are not worth anything? I am sure I paid at least 99.00$ per set if not more. Should I contact the U.S. Attorny Generals office for fraud?
