Same complaint as the others on this site. I was threatened with legal action if i went on the internet about them or disputed the claim with my credit card company. I was bullied and insulted, this company has no professional customer service personnel and their supervisors are even worse. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company and will be contacting a number of agencies about their false advertising. I will be speaking with the federal trade commission, california state corporation commission, etc. I encourage others to do the same.
