I bought a ge glass top range through alabama power i got the stove home and put my pots and pans in the drawer and because of the design of the handle on the drawer i am unable to pull the drawer out its not an actual handle it is just an indention in the drawer but there is no lip on the indention so in essence there is nothing there for me to pull on it is just a smooth molded slick surface a ge tech came to my house today when i called and complained about the drawer and informed me that my cookware is too heavy i have had the same cookware for the past 24 years its stainless steel my complaint is that the design in the drawer handle is flawed and does not function properly if i can't put my cookware in the drawer the way it was meant to be and then not be able to pull the drawer out then i am not being able to utilize the stove drawer the way it was meant to be used ge needs to step up and realize that there is a flaw in the design and fix it and if that means recalling it then thats what they need to do
