Requested the $19.99 advertised oil change. They addedd $4.99 for one additional quart of oil. The advertised amount for the oil change was 19.99. No mention was made of any extras to be charged. They are mis repesenting the public.
If an oil change cost 29.95 well that is what they should advertise.
