I agreed to have a 'special offer' of $12.00 and then received an email from them to say they had charged $107.40 on my credit card. Not only that - they informed me I would have to pay that amount next August - as well. I contacted them immediately by email to cancel - received no reply - then contacted my credit card company who say they can do nothing about it. I should have been informed about this renewed amount by them before they withdrew $107.40 - to which I NEVER would have agreed.
