I have had a recent problem with professional teleservice. Apparently i authorized, which to the best of my knowledge i didn't, a long distance service that i would be billed for each month. The company called offering "free" gasoline coupons if you would subscribe to their sales pitch... Then, as i was informed, you could cancel within 7 business days to still receive the gas but no charges.
I followed the steps as i was directed to do and am very unhappy with the results. I received in the mail a notice saying that i WOULD be billed unless i called and canceled. So, logically i called and cancelled and received a cancellation number.
Just today (March 20) i received a pre-authorized draft from my account in the amount of $138.85. I called "Professional" Teleservices today (saturday) and i got a message saying office hours are only m-f, 9-5. I will call then but while i wait is there anything i can/should be doing?
