I ordred 6 bottles of Biofreeze on July 2, and learned it would be shipped Aug. 2. I have not received my order and it is now Aug 10th.
They have a recorded message on their phone preventing clients to call. Online I learned my order would ship Aug. 12th. I used my credit Discover card, which shows they received my payment.
