In July of I ordered a Citizens of Humanity skirt online. I was redirected to fashionpay and had a little trouble completing my order (perhaps I should have taken that as an omen!). I immediately received an email from fashionpay with my order info, contact emails, contact phone numbers, etc. My credit card was charged the following business day.
The skirt has yet to arrive; I have received no email regarding shipping or order status; I have emailed the contact address three times but have received no response... Out $140, but perhaps I've learned a lesson... An expensive one: (
