The subject Richard Benson promised to make a payment of $14,850.00 for payments to QINGHUANGDAO PLASTIC COMPANY on a past due account of $59k then sends a check for the amount stated above and the check didn't have funds, and this only after the bank had the check for 2 weeks on my account making me look like I was ripping off the bank when really he's the one with the scam.
