This company also known as N.L. Loan Servicing said they could negotiate my loan to get my payments lowered for a fee of $800.00. After paying the fee and constantly trying to contact them over a three week period, they stated my loan modified lowering my monthly payment $200, but it would take $380 more for the closing costs. I called my lender and they have never spoke with this company and have never done business with this company. It's a scam they leave you on hold and don't return phone calls or give you lies telling you they talked to someone when they haven't talked to my lender and they never received any phone calls. Someone should do something to stop these people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I would like to get everyone who have ever done business with them together to see what we can do about taking legal action against them.
