I answered a TV ad that promised to renegotiate my loan for lower interest and lower payments or my money back. I called and signed up. They took $699.98 from my bank acct and never even ever called the loan company that had my loan. They have never answered my calls or letters nor have they sent my money back. I complained to BBB and they never ansered them either.
