I ordered this product "Tone deTox" on 6-20. After reading up on the product, I came across the people were charged right away after the "free trial." I called the next day and tried to cancel and was told I had to wait until I received the product so that I could get instructions on how to send it back. I believed them. I called within a few days of 7-7 when I saw they had charged my account $79.99. I had not even received the product. I must have called 3 different numbers I found including the one on my bank statement. I left two clear messages with my name and phone number, saying I wanted to opt out and please call me back. I didn't receive a call back. I went to the hospital a week later for 14 days and forgot about it because I was dealing with medical issues. I just called them and talked to a yooung man "Travis" (I'm sure not his real name) He said their was no record of my calls and no manager I could talk to. He told me they had just refunded my $79.99 in the few minutes we had been on the phone. I looked at my bank account and it was for another charge of $79.99. No product was sent for this second charge. Travis kept politely telling me
