Had taxes figured for 2009 and bought the gold Insurance. Got letter from IRS saying there was a mistake on my return. I contacted the office that did the return and they reviewed the return and would not cover the mistake. Don't fall for the gold insurance and I wouldn't recommend using them at all. Go to H&R block
