Yellow postcard received in the mail, from C.R. C, LOC515, Control # 0420207572,47-47,799-3
This postcard arrived via U.S. Mail, stating on the front "we're going nuts trying to reach you!!!"
On the back of the postcard, it states:

We are trying to reach you with Good News! It is real important that you call Toll Free 1-800-745-5757.
