I was applying for the patient low cost percriptions on line for my husband he has ESRD.
When I went to the web site it said free medication just send $20.00 with each percription. I had to print out the forms on line and send them in. Which it was a scam I realized that the form was the same one as Bristol Myers has on there web site. I had already gave them my checking account information and they took the $20.00 out of my account. Now i can't get it back. I called Bristol Myers and thats when they told me that that was not a lagitamate web site, don't send them any of your personal information. It was asking me for my social security number and proof of income. I never did send it to them but they did scam me out of $20.00 I want the public to know this is a scam. I want my money back.
I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
