I was watching Time Warner Cable CNBC channel 29 at 1:00pm on 7/30. I taped the program on my dvr about the grill that cooks 10 minute meals. I called 1.800.951.5970 and ordered the grill on my visa credit card. It cost $19.95 and the special was buy 1 and get 1 free with two payments of $19.95 which was reasonable for a senior citizen on fixed income. I just checked my bank statement and on 7/4 they posted a recurring amount POS debit to my acct for 99.70. When i tried to copy the letter emailed to me 7/31 on my computer the body of the letter sent to me did not print. I don't know why. It stated an Order Number OM1033273490 dated 7/31. I do not agree with what they did to me. I am having financial problems due to this incorrect billing. I will be contacting my bank Monday morning early to stop further payment and trying to get my money back. I have not received any products from them. When I tried to copy what they sent on my computer from their website (redisetgo.com) it would not print the entire page with the 2 for 1 offer. I even got a message that this could be a scam due to the problems I was having. I know this is a scam now and I am trying to get on top of it. I am 74 years old. I copied as many pages as I could from the website, my bank statement, and cannot reach these people. I hope you can help me and other senior citizens who might try to make things easier for them as I did. Flora Mahone, email (Personal Info Removed)
