Hello recieved a letter which looked like a government run program to help with a loan modification, advised me to not pay mortage asked for $1500. Oo and sent out info for modification thought they would help with paperwork. Promised me I would get modification I was denied now in forclosure trying to reapply so won't get forclosed on. Unable to contact them now need $1200.00 to keep my house wich I don't have. Contacted F.T. C they told me to file complaint with you thank you for your help. David m. Pugh jr.
