Lazy Delivery Driver, Bad Customer Service

Quit an email on my door with following number requesting advantages shipping man to depart bundle at my door. I closed it. He quit notice at base of my notice "sorry, I can not raise it on my own, David." He somehow "handled" to provide it to my house complex workplace. I'm on 2nd floor. 80 pounds is large to get a small woman-like me, however it really should not be to get a delivery driver. After I spoke t/advantages and questioned what might have occurred easily have been house, Deborah Mangham (business town office) stated I really could have assisted him make it in! Fascinating responsibility problem there, N.in the beginning they stated they'd have it in the workplace and provide to my doorway, but never did. After I named, N stated they did not need anyone to grab it, which my condo building was categorized "Degree Four" so that they could not keep material at gates. Our condo complex supervisor stated she did not understand of any robberies whatsoever. I've had a number of things left at my doorway by advantages and FedEx - all recorded. Completely ridiculous

Therefore, I am simply returning the bundle and requesting complete reimbursement from Amazon. Advantages customer support hurts - spoke to 8 people in most. Completely ineffective and also the regional repetition was completely rude. There appears to be no single guidelines that control customer support plus they don’t appear especially keen on their Amazon.com connection. I’m likely to work to obtain them out-of my office building consequently of the clutter!
