Michael Evans of High Impact Inc called me on my cell phone offering me the oppontunity to buy into his website marketing business opportunity at the rate of 100.00 per website. You could buy 5 websites for 499.00 dollars. One site involved securing home mortgages on line, shopping at stores in the mall, cheap but good cell phones and medical coverage and audio equiptment to sell on line. He wanted me to invest either 1,900.00 dollars wwith a monthly return of 2,000.00 to 3,000.00 on my investment per month or invest 5,000.00 which would generate 5,000.00 to 7,000.00 per month in the form of commission checks that would begin arriving on a monthly basis within a month after investing the money. This appears to be a very professional scam operation witrh brochures, flyers and all. Phone numners used were 602-372-3517 and 877-342-9257. The 129.00 was requested for the purpose of setting up a web through the use of a credit card. 877-342-9257 was listed as the personal line to Michael Evans. I have all the paper work that was sent to me of how the system was operated. Another phone number is listed as 866 386-5528. The company's is listed as 550 W.
