I had the same experience as others. I was on Amazon site initially and it had a link to this BidRack site, which make people think this would be a legit business. At the time, the site had the item I was looking for, it advertised at the front page there is no charge, the credit card information was only for being able to see how the site works. But after I submitted the information they charged me $99 for creating an account to see how the site works. As soon as I found out they fraudulently charged me I wrote an email to tell them to cancel the charge as I have not placed any bid, it was their false advertisement led me to think I was only creating an account. They told me they will not refund me the money instead they will reduce the package with a reduced charge. I told them that is not acceptable and I will complain to my credit card company. They soon change their website design to include whatever clause they need to justify the fraudulent charges. This site is a complete scam.
