I was looking for a new puppy and found english bulldogs for sale from a woman in Cameroon. I sent the money she requested for the puppy, then she said she wanted insurance money. I sent that. Still no puppy. I found some stuff on the internet about scammers using the name Afoni Paul to sell their puppies.
