Solicited by Bidrack, I curiously responded. Before providing information, they required demographic information and then a credit card. I was not too concerned as I am accustomed to having to agree or decline the "Terms & Conditions" before being accepted (by ethical standards). I chose to decline. After that I was not able to close the website so eventually shut off the computer. I have contested the charge on my credit card, however, Bidrack states that I was aware of and agreed to the terms and conditions and did not try to contact them about the matter. I have copies of three emails sent to them and responded to. They would not answer my phone calls. I am incensed that Visa is putting the charge back on my card, perpetuating a scam rather than honoring a long time paying cardholder. Blaming the Victim, helping the scam artist continue. Guess they are watching their bottom line.
