Rent.com advertises that you can get a $100.00 prepaid reward card when you sign a lease with one of their listed properties. But once you sign the lease and call for your reward card or look it up on the web. It is not available. They even call you during the time you are looking to see if you are ready to claim your reward. When you ask them to claim the card, they tell you that the property is to small, anything less than 100 units. I challenged this because our property is larger than that, they then told me they have in their rules that not all properties are eligible. So in effect scamming you into using their service without honoring the original representation.
