I've been tring to get my money back from Jim Rosen / Web Ad Sysrems Company for the past three months. Their phone has been disconected and E-Mail no longer works. When they were working the Web Ad people tech support were not very helpfull and when I complained about the very low hit count, two hours later my Web page all of a sudden received 100 hits then stop abruply. Well it's been a total of 5 months and I only gotten 31 hits and most of that is from me checking my own web page.
Well today 3/16/04 I called a Jim Rosen ad and gave a bum name and asked if they have a customer support line so I can ask more question before buying, they gave me a number of 1-800-821-1035, ask for David Carrillo, Jim or Cristinia. Their address is is P.O. Box 570 Van Nuys Calif. 91408. David told me that Jim Rosen has a suite against Web Ad Systems (their a third party) and is working hard to help refund those who have been ripped off by Web Ad Systems. David also has a letter to fax to your bank about the scam so you can use it to get your money back into your account. I'll let you all know how it works out.
