Recently bought some online in-game gold currency for an MMORPG i have been playing recently. I browsed thru the website, did not suspect anything wrong and was totally ignorant in researching this company first before i choose to pay them.
Customer service was really horrible, which i suspected was some kind of fraud - he/she barely answered anything nor explained to me the steps i need to go thru to receive my product. He/she did not even mention how long was i suppose to wait, did not even answer my questions.
Today, day 7 after initial payment, nothing yet has been received. And here i finally found out, there are others who have been scammed by the same company. I should have researched thoroughly beforehand, that was my mistake. However, i am surprised at how this company still manage to survive on the internet and still hold a PayPal account where they can continue to scam others. Someone should shut this company down. For good.
