Same story that I just read... Looking at my July bank statement I saw the unauthorized $88.18 charge and immediately called the bank. My bank said I would have to cancel my debit card and have a new one reissued in order to block these people from charging my card in the future, at the same time submitting a report to fight the charge and get my money back.
Well I was going out of town that week and I didn't have time to wait for a new card so I decided to call the company instead. After two days of trying to get through, I did talk to a representative who said I would be credited within 5 working days, no problem and they apologized. Well, it's been over a week now and still no credit on my account. I tried to call the RESV Power company again just now and I am having trouble getting through to a real person. Looks like I will have to wait until Monday to get ahold of someone in their office. My second call on Monday will be my bank and I will proceed with fighting this charge any way I can.
Isn't there a way to stop this company from doing business?
