Unidentified pending transaction for $10.70 from New Sport Shop posted to bank account, called bank, they said to wait until posted then chargeback.in mean time cancelled debit card and had new one reissued. Charge posted, now bank said to contact business. I called the number provided by my bank - it is disconnected. Will now call bank back to finialze chargeback. It looks like this fake business it taking small amounts from many people. How do we fight it before it happens? And how did they get my debit card number?
