Ms. Runions fasifies information on GMP reports. I got a GMP write up for having false fingernails when in fact they were my real nails. My paycheck was 4 hrs short for two weeks even though I discussed it with here the first week. She tried to say I had clocked in four hrs late on a twelve hr shift. She could have easily checked her assumption by checking to see if I had received a 1/2 point for that date.
Ms Runions consistently hires her family members including her own son She is responsible for payroll and scheduling. I would consider that definitely a " conflict of interest."
There is what I consider, reverse racism in this plant. Rules are applied and adhered to based on the color of your skin.
They advertise starting rate for fork lift operators to be $10.50 an hour. Actually that statement is also false.
