I always go on my online bank account and make sure that what ever bills I pay has been cleared, when checking my account I started to notice charges being taken out that I did not do, contacted my bank right away and had my checkcard cancelled and they have to send me a new one. But then you have to take the time to fill out a dispute form and have it investigated before you can even get your money back. Why is nothing being done about this I have read alot of complaints about this company and no one is doing a thing about it. What a shame...
