Sales person sold me Eye Serum, Nourishing Cream, Aromatherapy cream with claims of improved facial appearance within one week. I sent an e-mail to Premier complaining that it doesn't work. I offered to return their product. The local sales person wouldn't address or return my money, and that the sales receipt clearly states on the bottom, "no refunds". That notice is an afterthougy following the transaction. No response from my e-mail complaint...
