Over a 4 year span, this person conned more businesses than I can count.in the East Bay, it was primarily Medical & Dental companies. Personally, he took money, promised a profit and made only profit for himself. If I thought the DA of the county would prosecute, I would have gone to him to get the money promised.
He moved onto the solar Industry and now I see he also took money there and scammed another group of investors. Shame on him. This is a man who represents himself as a Army veteran and only brings shame to his title as a Colonel in the US Army.
Stay out of his path and don't invest in anything he has to offer.
