Ordered MS Office Ultimate 2007 from www.office2007s.com. Received software and it cannot be registered. When I contacted them requesting a VALID Product Key or a refund, I was told it was past the time I could report any problems. Also, the software was supposed to be $129.00 not $142.00 they charged me and the charge on my statement was from was from www.detoxspamachine.com. I never heard from them.
I went to my bank to do a charge back but they told me I had to ship the item back and have a tracking number before they can initiate an investigation. I tried to send it back but all return addressing was in Chinese.
I have several Chinese speaking friends and am going to see if they can translate the addressing for me.
