Consumer Report

A Charter Communications employee entered my private property unauthorized and parked his service vehicle in one of my parking places and a second vehicle parked in my neighbor's space. The employees exited their vehicles and walked a block down the street to work on someone elses home; as the vehicle parked in [my] space left he ran over an imported portifino clay flower pot. I called 877-728-3121 and filed a complaint the night of the incident claim #[dama12143483] was assigned and forwarded to Charters local office [43 Werz rd] Newnan, GA 30265. Approximately [5] five days later Mr. M. Webb contacted me by phone and began interrogating me and attempting to place blame upon me. He said he would forward his report to damage claims division and in [7] seven days I receieved a letter informing me they would accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for the incident. I have waited [2] two weeks to receive more related information and have received none. Today July 25 I took the remnants of my flower pot to the local office in care of Mr. Webb, Mr. Webb's supervisor called back with - in the hour and proceeded to imply there was silicone glue on the pot and that their driver/employee did not do the damage, implying the pot was already damaged. I know they damaged the pot, I live alone and NO ONE PARKS IN THAT SPACE, as well as the crushed pot pieces laid untouched for [3] weeks and a tire track [8"] eight inches wide was embedded in the potting soil, that width tire track was made by a large service vehicle, besides the pot was intact when I left my residence and pulverized when I returned an hour later. This company is scamming me with the corporate run around and I want other consumers to be aware of the irresponsible position toward potential and existing customers.

Thanking you four your support;

David W. Peacock
