This company charged me $75.00 for coming out and looking at my egress window for about 15 minutes. He didn't even go in my house to look at the window from the inside. He didn't mention beforehand that he charges for coming out. I called three different companies to look at an egress window that was leaking. Two of the companies didn't charge me for coming out and looking at the window, plus they gave me a detailed report. So for that $75 all I got was a receipt that says he "Inspected and Advise" and what he recommends what should be done. He couldn't even get me a pricing. I called him back later that day to tell him that next time someone calls you should tell them in advance that you charge just for coming out. He said if you call someone to look at your washer they charge you. Well that may be so but, a repair man would have to take the washer apart in order to firgure out what was wrong. Not a good senario. What a waste of money!!! If you need a free estimate go with ABBA Construction they are very honest.
