On March 21 I ordered Color and Black cartridges as a back up on the new HP printer. I tried to use them in July and found the color would not fit my printer and the black was totally empty. I contacted the company and they said a rep. Would be in contact in 24 hours. It is now 3 weeks plus and no contact has been made. They are a total rip-off company.
