I used the online service to attain information on someone. I thought I'd be charged a one time fee of $19.95. I've been billed on 3 seperate occassions for $19.95. I called their number and spoke with someone about it. He told me that it was a subscription charge. I asked to cancel my subscription. He put me on hold and nobody ever picked up to talk to me.
