Vitality-Smile
Lucky Brite Free Teeth Whitening, Trail Orde

So I was on Whitepages.com researching a phone number when I saw an ad to the right for a fast acting way, inexpensive to whiten your teeth. Curious, I clicked and read. It brought me to a link to an article that appeared on CNN.com, in my opinion a reputable website for articles and information. As I read on, the article entailed a woman who had found the biggest savings of the year for her personal record and it mentioned Lucky Brite® & Vitality Smile®. This article was very believable, referencing how the economy was in the slumps and that's why these companies were offering "FREE TRIAL OFFERS" on their products to try to promote sales for the future. At the bottom of this article were links to these two websites offering free trials for their products, promoting also that the combination of the two products were sure to product what looked like a $400 dollar visit to the dentist for teeth whitening.

So I naturally believe what I've read and visit these two websites only to find the article to hold true, and free trials were what these companies were offering. I entered my Debit Card information and went on with my day.

Promptly 11 Days later from my purchase, (ONE DAY AFTER I HAVE NO OPTION TO CANCLE MY ORDER) I notice an addition $78 & $119 taken from my account unauthorized. Somewhere on these company's website are "Terms & Conditions" which state that if you do not contact them within 10 days of your purchase that you be charged those two amounts automatically. I called the company to cancel my order on the 11th day because that's when the charges showed up on my bank statement. I spoke with a woman who explained to me that there was nothing they could do for me and kept repeating herself over and over again. I was then transferred to the owner of this New Jersey Scam Company only to again report that Mark could do nothing for me as well. They told me that getting my money back was not an option and the best they could do was to refund half my money & I would have to ship back the products.

The only way I was able to receive a refund was by contacting my bank (Bank of American) and filing a claim with them and tell them exactly what happened. Contacting these scam companies directly will only make you frustrated. Lucky Brite & Vitality Smile are not good companies. They are out to get you and they count on you to miss that ten 10 window they grant you to cancel your products.

Lesson: Always read the "Terms & Conditions" and don't enter your debit/credit card information anywhere online!
