Fraudulant charges made to my credit card. Noticed this and notified credit card co. They said a new card would be sent overnight ups, no tracking # available. Four days later, no card, can't acess Eppicard to talk to an agent, no money, and 0 communication. UPS will not help due to no tracking #. Eppicard just sends you to an automated system without any results.
