Thinking direct deposit notification is harmless, think again. Proctorville Ohio

I signed up for direct deposit notification. Emails were sent to me notifying me of the deposit but asking me to verify my information. I did not verify my information. Then I get another email telling me that someone accessed my account from an unusual computer. I go into their website b/c it did not come up as a fishing website. I enter my credit card number and the next screen asks for my pin number. I immediately exit the screen without entering anything.

To my dismay my account was drained by the end of the day. When I reported the issue. I was told there was a security breach. That the dispute department was completely overrun with disputes and I was lucky I didn't loose more money then I did. That it would take a minimum of 45 days to dispute it and there it's not 100% that I will get the money returned to me. They will not fedex the dispute paperwork to me. I must wait up to 20 days to receive them.
