Workhorse arrived at my residence on Monday July 11th for a landscaping job. They were supposed to come on either a Tuesday or Wednesday so my daughter could be there to supervise the work.
I hired them for landscaping work - to trim all bushes/shrubs, remove all ivy from the proerty, remove all dead limbs from a maple tree and to mulch around all trees/bushes/shrubs - they were paid for the job but did NOT complete it. Since my husband was ill, he did not review their work before paying them.
I called to complain the next day and Workhorse confirmed they would arrive at my house early in the morning on Tuesday July 18th (for which I took off from work) to complete the work. I had to call them at 10:30am to find where they weresince they had not arrived nor did I recieve a call. I was told they would arrive at my house around 3-3:30pm.By 7 pm still no show & no phone call & no call the day after. I called in the evening & the next day & they do not answer the phone nor have they returned my call.
I just want the work I paid for to be completed! These people are untrustworthy & have NO regard for customer schedules or concerns.
