I recently had my sparl plugs changed on my 2004 F150 Ford pickup. I had the work done at Peterson Ford Oconto Falls Wis. They told me the cost is usually around $400.00. When they got done the bill was $17090.00. They said one of the spark plugs broke off in the head therefor they had to take the head off to remove it. I was told this problem exists because of the design of the engine. I think this is a ford engineering mistake, and they should help pay for this repair bill. Please advise how I should handle this problem. Thanks
